Refund policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy
You will pay for your sign when you register for a workshop.  Registration fees are non-refundable.  Registration cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a gift card for a future workshop. The credit is valid for two months from the original workshop.

Refunds 

Refunds will not be given on signs completed during workshops or private parties.  You will be given guidance on how to complete your project and all of the necessary supplies needed.  If at any time you have a question, please ask the Spotted Hen instructor.  Color choices for the stencil will be selected at the start of the workshop.  The sign boards will be pre-painted or stained before the event in an effort to save time during the workshop.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a pre-made (completed by Spotted Hen DIY) sign you order from Spotted Hen DIY, contact us at  spottedhendiy@gmail.com and we will replace or refund within 30 days of order delivery.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in a Spotted Hen DIY workshop.  I agree to take precautions and observe all Spotted Hen DIY recommendations, directions and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my personal belongings. I also understand that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Social distancing guidelines will be followed and we ask all attendees to wear a mask to protect themselves and other.  

I further agree to release and hold harmless Spotted Hen DIY for any illness, injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in a Spotted Hen DIY workshop.
